Recently, an important client from Egypt visited our facility to carry out in-depth communication and technical inspection of our integrated intelligent UV coating production line, focusing on equipment performance, coating matching, cross-border logistics and extreme climate adaptation solutions tailored for local high-temperature & high-humidity factory conditions.

 1. Intelligent UV Curing System Configuration

Our engineers introduced the dual-side UV layout (6+42 UV units, total 160m UV section) and standard valid curing wavelengths. The client learned that C65 and C95 motion parts deliver equal production efficiency, with selection fully based on customer demands. UV lenses require replacement every 3 months, and we can provide accurate spare parts calculation. Standard supporting accessories include 8 air filters and Jiuzhou brand exhaust fans.

 2. Coating Matching & Hazardous Export Logistics Support

We explained our one-stop coating supply service: we obtain TTS parameters from qualified Dongguan coating suppliers to match proper UV wavelengths. To solve complicated customs clearance for coating exports, we offer bundled shipment with equipment to simplify MSDS and hazardous certificate procedures without extra profit. Custom coating formulas for premium brands like Apple and Dyson were also presented.

 3. Customized Climate Solution for Egypt’s Harsh Environment

The client paid close attention to our targeted solution for Egypt’s climate (summer max 50℃, humidity up to 85%). All production lines are equipped with standard dehumidifiers to avoid poor coating adhesion and premature paint volatilization; full-process temperature & humidity control is available for high-value product workshops, referenced from mature Suzhou project cases.

 4. Transparent Three-stage Payment Terms

We confirmed the risk-friendly payment schedule with the client: 50% deposit to launch production, 45% payment after equipment completion before delivery, and 5% final balance settled after on-site installation & commissioning.

 Post-visit Progress

 The Egyptian client highly recognized our integrated intelligent coating solution and targeted design for local extreme weather. Both sides agreed to push forward parameter collection from coating suppliers, and our team will soon provide a customized quotation matched with the client’s factory environment and production demands.
